Do you accept refunds?
We only issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier negligence. If this is the case, please reach out to us at hello@thehappykind.com.
Otherwise, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
What if I change my mind about a digital product? Can I get a refund?
Due to the immediate nature of digital products, we are unable to issue any refunds for all digital products.
Am I able to resell your digital products?
All digital products, including toolkits, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not share, sell, alter, or replicate this product or any product of The Happy Kind. By purchasing, you agree to the shop policies.
Can I share the course material of my toolkit with other people?
No, each toolkit is copyrighted and owned by The Happy Kind and Jessica Higgins Chapman. You may not share, sell, alter, or replicate any toolkit or any other digital product sold by The Happy Kind, and by purchasing you agree to the shop policies.

Do you design every product?
Unless otherwise noted, we create and design every product. We occasionally source from independent artists and sellers that align with our vision.
Can I get a printed poster mailed to me?
At this time, all prints are digital and are in PDF format, for the best at-home printing quality.
Am I able to get one of your products personalized?
Please reach out to us if you'd like to add a personal touch to one of our products!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase gifts cards in values of $10-$100 USD.
